The Howlin' Brothers: Modern Voices from the American South

The Howlin’ Brothers stopped by WUWM@Nite to chat with Trapper Schoepp about their ties to American roots music, as well as the state of Nashville’s music scene. 

The three-piece string band found inspiration after moving down south from the band's birthplace, Ithaca, NY. Guitarist Jared Green, originally from Bayfield, WI, said they developed their craft in Music City through old time picking parties and field recordings discovered in libraries.
