Teens Lament Gun Violence in City, Say It's Common

A cherry tree was planted on a lot near 45th and Center in honor of Russell Setum who was shot and killed near the site last spring.

The dedication of a newly planted tree in honor of a gun shot victim was the centerpiece of a picnic organized by a Milwaukee neighborhood association this weekend.
