Waukesha police say they have a person in custody fitting the description of a man with an alleged gun on the campus of Carroll University. However, at this point, it's believed that he was in possession of an airsoft gun, which very closely resembles a gun.
At around 10:30 A.M., Carroll public safety received a call that there was a man with a gun on campus. Waukesha police arrived soon after.
Police were able to track down the suspect who is known in the area.

Federal prosecutors initially indicted 42-year-old Dr. Hua Jun Zhao for economic espionage. Now, they have leveled other charges against him - computer fraud and lying to an FBI agent. On Thursday, Zhao entered a plea of not guilty on each count.
Zhao was a researcher at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Authorities had accused him of stealing three vials of a possible cancer-fighting compound and academic research from the college, intending to pass off the items in China as his work.
