Challenges of More People Living in Urban Areas

Today almost half of the world's population live in urban areas, and that number is growing. By 2030, six out of every ten people will live in a city and by the middle of this century the number of city dwellers will hit 70%. With that growth will come some huge challenges.

Changes Could Include High Turnover on Milwaukee County Board

There might be some new faces on the Milwaukee County Board beginning in 2016, as a result of a referendum vote this week.

There's already a proposal to hold meetings at night, following voters' decision Tuesday to, in effect, create a part time County Board.
