David joined WUWM in July 2013 as the Chief Engineer.
He began his career at Minnesota Public Radio, where he won two Peabody Awards for his radio technical direction work.
Prior to joining WUWM, David most recently was Chief Technology Officer for North Texas Public Broadcasting KERA-FM, KKXT-FM, KERA-TV. He spent over twenty years as Director of Engineering and Operations at Milwaukee Public Television. He also served as Director of Engineering and Delivery Services at the Wisconsin Educational Communications Board.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Cardinal Stritch University. He currently serves as Chairman of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) multimedia standards setting committee TC 100.
