Mary Isbister is president of GenMet, a metal fabricating company located in Mequon. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in chemistry, she worked at Pfizer in Groton, CT until 1997 when she moved with her family to Wisconsin for new career opportunities.
Her current civic participation includes service as a member of several Boards of Directors for non-profit organizations including Ebenezer Childcare Centers, Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership, and the Council of Small Business Executives. She is an employer advisor for the Regional Workforce Alliance and the M7 Next Generation Manufacturing Council and vice president of the Cedarburg MatDogs Wrestling club.
Mary joined the WUWM Advisory Board in 2009.
