Nearly 1,000 employees will lose their jobs, when the Madison-based retailer of electronics, appliances and furniture closes.
American TV & Appliance will close its 11 locations, after it liquidates its assets. The sale will start on Feb. 20.
The company has seven stores in Wisconsin, two in Illinois and two in Iowa.
