Hulsey Enters Wisconsin's Democratic Run for Governor

Assemblyman Brett Hulsey has become the fourth Wisconsin Democrat to declare intention to run for governor, with the primary set for August.

The others planning to put their names on the ballot are Mary Burke - viewed as the front runner to date, Marcia Mercedes Perkins and Hariprasad Trivedi.

Hulsey says, if elected governor, he would reallocate how Wisconsin is spending two billion dollars, by sending more to public schools, higher education and job training and by creating jobs in the clean energy sector.

Hulsey runs an energy and environmental consulting business. He has served in the Assembly for four years and on the Dane County Board for 14 years.
