Monday on Lake Effect: Doughboy MIA, 'Wisconsin Literary Luminaries,' 'Mother Land'

Monday on Lake Effect

One hundred years after the United States entered World War One, Doughboy MIA works to identify our remaining soldiers still missing in action. Later, book critic Jim Higgins takes a turn writing his own book about some notable Wisconsin authors. And acclaimed writer Paul Theroux’s latest novel explores how a large family is a little like a country under dictatorship

Guests:

  • Robert Laplander, managing director, Doughboy MIA
  • Jim Higgins, author, Wisconsin Literary Luminaries: From Laura Ingalls Wilder to Ayad Akhtar
  • Paul Theroux, author, Mother Land
