Monday on Lake Effect:

The Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism finds another place with water problems – some Wisconsin prisons. Then, a grass-roots group is advocating for strong US involvement in the UN amid a change in leadership. Later, a look at the myth and reality of so-called “super lice.” And culinary historian, Michael Twitty is both African-American and Jewish, and his “Kosher/Soul” project makes the point that the two traditions use food to tell a story in a way that most other traditions do not.
