We look at the legacy of the last socialist mayor of a major U.S. city: former Milwaukee Mayor, Frank Zeidler. Later, the similarities between an African-American barbershop and a Kosher butcher shop next door in Sherman Park. Plus, why almost all of the Museum of Wisconsin Art has been given over to fashion this summer. Australian writer, Graeme Simsion, says he knows his latest novel isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but he’s happy with the conversations it will spark.
