Recalled Ground Beef Likely Sent to Wisconsin Stores

Wisconsin is among 10 states that received shipments of ground beef that may be contaminated with E. coli.

Wolverine Packing Company of Detroit is recalling 1.8 million pounds of ground beef products because at least 11 people have been sickened by eating it.

The other states the U.S. D.A has identified as potentially receiving unsafe meat are: Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, North Dakota and Florida.
