The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office has signed a criminal complaint in the shooting last week at Innovative Optique.
The store is in the Audubon Court strip mall, on the Fox Point-Bayside border.
Authorities say Joshua Drake and Tedric Sanders attempted to rob the store, when an employee allegedly exchanged gunfire with Drake, who died at the scene.
Drake allegedly was killed by a bullet from the employee’s gun.
Sanders has been charged with felony murder and bail jumping.
According to the Village of Fox Point Police Department, no additional information is being made public at this time.
