Thursday on Lake Effect:

We present the BBC World Service documentary The Lipinski, the story of the Lipinski Stradivarius violin played by the MSO’s concertmaster, Frank Almond. The documentary digs into the 300 year old instrument’s history, including the incident last year when Almond was tasered and the instrument stolen from him, and ultimately recovered, here in Milwaukee.
