Thursday on Lake Effect: Gerrymandering Court Rulings, 'The Open Road' Exhibit, 'Milwaukee Mixed'

Thursday on Lake Effect

Gerrymandering expert Dave Daley talks about the latest court rulings in redistricting cases around the country. Then, a new exhibit at the Milwaukee Art Museum explores photography, the American road trip, and how it speaks to the democratization of an art form. Plus, Radio Chipstone takes a trip to the ever-adapting Madison Central Library.
