Why one Wisconsin group opposes both possible plans by the DOT to renovate I-94 west of downtown Milwaukee. Later, Milwaukee filmmaker Chip Duncan talks about his work in still photography, and an upcoming exhibit showcasing images captured in Peru and Kenya. A one-night-only performance at Alverno Presents features the reinterpreted music of Patti Smith, curated by Milwaukee rock musician Betty Strigens.
