Training the Next Generation of Health Care Workers

Jon Strelecki
Tom Luljak and Ron Cisler

One of the largest industries in Wisconsin is health care. With more than 400,000 people working in the field, it is one of our state’s largest employers.

Keeping that talent pipeline filled is essential for maintaining the high level of health care services we have come to expect in Wisconsin.

On this edition of UWM Today, learn how UWM’s College of Health Sciences is playing a vital role in educating and training the next generation of health care workers. Host Tom Luljak talks with Ron Cisler, the new interim dean of the College.

Tom Luljak hosted UWM Today on WUWM for more than two decades and is the inaugural host of Curious Campus.
