Tuesday on Lake Effect: Disparities in Marijuana Arrests, Day Without Latinos, Model Cars, Beehives

Tuesday on Lake Effect:

We get details of a new report that shows African-Americans are disproportionately represented among people arrested in Milwaukee County on felony marijuana charges.  Later, organizers of the Day Without Latinos protest focus their efforts on Waukesha County.  A neuroscientist and nutritionist shares research that shows what we eat today can affect our brain health much later in life.  Plus, we get the state of the auto industry - the model auto industry.  And, we learn about a new book for kids that you can turn into a beehive.

Guests:

  • Gretchen Schuldt, Wisconsin Justice Initiative
  • Claudia Delgadillo (Lake Effect contributor), feature story
  • Lisa Mosconi, Weill Cornell Medical College (WCMC)/New York-Presbyterian Hospital
  • Mark Savage and Dan Harmon, automotive contributors
