Tuesday on Lake Effect:

Our Full Plate series on agriculture in Wisconsin sits down with chef Dave Swanson of Braise, who developed the country’s first Restaurant Supported Agriculture project where chefs buy directly from local farmers. Then, director Michael Cotey returns to town to stage Deathtrap at the Milwaukee Chamber Theatre. Plus, musician Trapper Schoepp returns to the performance studio with some track from his new EP, Bay Beach Amusement Park.
