Tuesday on Lake Effect: Sherman Park's Diversity, Photographing Vietnam, Fit For You

Tuesday on Lake Effect:

We learn why the diversity of neighborhoods like Sherman Park is an increasingly rare phenomenon in Milwaukee - and around the country. Then, award-winning photographer and former Wisconsinite Larry D'Attilio trains his lens on Vietnam. He'll speak about the book at Boswell Books Wednesday night. Our Fit for you segment explores TRX training, and Radio Chipstone visits an exhibit of fashion by influential Milwaukee children’s clothing designer, Florence Eiseman.

Guests:

  • John Gurda, historian
  • Lawrence D'Attilio, photographer, The Soul of Vietnam: A Portrait of the North
  • Kathy Quatrochi, personal trainer
  • Gianofer Fields, material culture contributor; Sarah Carter, Curator and Director of Research of the Chipstone Foundation
