Tuesday on Lake Effect:

Homelessness is always tough, but it’s even tougher when there are children involved. Andrea Waxman of the Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service reports. Then, author and Milwaukee native Lindsay Starck talk about her first novel, Noah’s Wife, and her childhood spent at the Milwaukee Public Library. We talk with the director and conductor of the Skylight Music Theatre’s Wisconsin premiere of the opera Powder Her Face, and we’ll have the latest installment in our series on children and gun violence, Precious Lives.
