UWM's Growing Graduate School

Jon Strelecki

Over the past few years, we have talked a great a deal on this program about the big physical changes occurring at UWM.

The construction of a new School of Freshwater Sciences on the university’s Harbor Campus; a new school of Public Health in the old Pabst Brewery downtown, and the addition of an 80 acre research park known as Innovation Campus in the heart of the Milwaukee County Medical Complex.

On today’s program, we are going to focus on the big growth in graduate education at UWM over the past few years. UWM Today's Tom Luljak talks wit UWM's Dean of Graduate School, Marija Gajdardziska-Josifovska. With more than 5,000 graduate students and 130 masters, doctoral and certificate programs, UWM’s Graduate School is bigger than ever.

Tom Luljak hosted UWM Today on WUWM for more than two decades and is the inaugural host of Curious Campus.
