We talk with one Milwaukee woman who hopes the story of her son’s injury at the hands of a texting driver spurs change. Essayist Bruce Campbell rages against the (automated answering) machine, and we learn about a new project called The Islands of Milwaukee that hopes to connect people throughout the city.
