The Wisconsin Department of Transportation wants to convert U.S. Highway 41 into an interstate. We’ll hear about the plan. Then, a scientist says we shouldn’t worry too much about Asian carp getting into Lake Michigan; he says they’d starve here. Later, we learn about the contradictions of higher education during the Cold War, and Milwaukee Magazine’s Tim McCormick says there’s no need to be bummed by the end of the summer arts season.
