Tuesday marked World AIDS day, and people were encouraged to get tested. In Wisconsin, despite all the education efforts, the number of HIV cases diagnosed annually is not dropping, but it is holding steady.

All summer long, the Milwaukee Health Department is partnering with UWM's School of Public Health to test if it's safe to swim at Bradford, McKinley and South Shore beaches.

So far, there have been 27 confirmed cases of mumps across Wisconsin this year with four of them being in Milwaukee.
