Edible Milwaukee Celebrates Local Food Scene

Susan Bence

This month, a new quarterly magazine launches with a specific focus on food in Milwaukee.

Edible Milwaukee, part of a network of regional food magazines, is dedicated to the production, distribution, and consumption of food in Milwaukee. The magazine's advisory panel is made up of local people in the know about Milwaukee's food scene.

Jen Ede is publisher and editor-in-chief. Among the advisors to the magazine are Young Kim of Fondy Food Center, Venice Williams of Alice's Garden, and Justin Johnson of Harvest Market in Watertown. They joined Lake Effect’s Susan Bence recently to chat about the magazine.
