Spirituality is pretty complicated. While we can generally agree that it involves connectedness, a search for meaning and identity, individual beliefs and practices vary greatly. This week, we're exploring spirituality with a few UltraShorts and a story that was told at our May 2013 event Lost in Translation.
Molly Snyder grew up in a non-religious household, but from a very young age she felt like she was missing something. She called it the “Spirituality Gene.” She needed to feel like she belonged. She tried girl scouts, Buddhism, and being a dead-head, until she found herself… as the leader of a coven:
