It’s a Friday focus on the arts – the Public Policy Forum looks at the state of arts education in the Milwaukee area and looks to other cities for examples of how to improve. Later, we’ll speak with two award-winners in the area of music education – a teacher and an administrator making a difference in their field. We’ll hear from a band that is trying to change the image of the French Horn; and learn the history of Racine’s Horlick Athletic Field, the birthplace of the American drum corps tradition.
