Milwaukee Attorney Calls New Cuba-U.S. Ties, a Win for People in Both Countries

While some Cuban-Americans will not recognize the Cuban government because of human rights violations, others predict life there will now improve.

On Wednesday, President Obama re-established diplomatic ties with Cuba, after more than 50 years.

Art Heitzer has been lobbying for that change since 1994. He helped form the Wisconsin Coalition to Normalize Relations with Cuba, insisting the two countries can be partners, to everyone's benefit.
