The NFL playoffs get underway this weekend.  It was not that long ago that Green Bay Packer fans had plenty of confidence in the Green and Gold going through the postseason.

But no longer.  There is plenty of angst in Titletown as the Packers travel to D.C. to play Washington's football club.

"They’re not even scoring 29 points a game, they’re not scoring 19 points a game of late. And that’s a big problem," says sports contributor Howie Magner. "It’s really hard to win games when you’re not scoring, especially if your team has been designed around being a high-scoring team."

In the realm of college basketball, the Marquette Golden Eagles beat a top 10 team, the Providence Friars, in an upset on Tuesday.

"Its good for Steve Wojciechowski's team," Magner noted, continuing that, "this is what people hoped the potential of Marquette would be." Magner acknowledges that Marquette is a young team and attributes some of their latest success to Coach W's recruitment strategy of talented players, like Henry Ellenson.
