Monday on Lake Effect:
From Northwestern Mutual’s new complex at the eastern end of Wisconsin Avenue to the new Bucks arena getting ready to break ground, Milwaukee is buzzing with building activity. We examine three of these urban projects with Urban Milwaukee’s architecture critic Tom Bamberger. Then, a multimedia student art exhibit focuses on the experience of being a refugee. Milwaukee’s intergenerational orchestra prepares for its first concert, and Manitowoc native Patrick Dewane tells the story of his grandfather’s heroism during World War II in his one-man show, The Accidental Hero.
