NPR Fact Check: Kaine, Pence Vice Presidential Debate

Democrat Tim Kaine and Republican Mike Pence square off in the vice presidential debate Tuesday night at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia.

The debate is divided into nine time segments that are about 10 minutes each and is moderated by Elaine Quijano of CBS News.

NPR's politics team, with help from reporters and editors who cover national security, immigration, business, foreign policy and more, is live annotating the debate.
