The Milwaukee District Attorney hascharged three young menwith the fatal shooting of city inspector Greg Zyskiewicz.  He was killed last Wednesday near North 23rd and Cherry Streets, during an attempted car-jacking -- shot while sitting in his vehicle between property inspections.

Police arrested the two teens and a 21-year-old, who are now charged with either first-degree reckless homicide or felony murder. All three are also accused of being party to armed robbery. Officers arrested two other suspects, similarly caught following chases on car or foot. Investigators say all were involved in a related crime spree.
