Tuesday on Lake Effect:

A Milwaukee psychologist shares the lessons he’s learned from working with diverse groups of people. Later, Mark Johnson was a leader in the United Way for 20 years, until he quit to become a cop. He shares his story. Then, a sense of optimism surrounds a remarkable musical event this week in Milwaukee called The Concert for Peace. And on Precious Lives, we’ll learn about a restorative justice practice called circle keeping.
