Five black men filed lawsuits in July, accusing Milwaukee police officers of conducting or overseeing illegal strip searches.
The Milwaukee Police Department says one of its officers was arrested Wednesday.
Former MPD Officer Michael Vagnini must spend 26 months in prison, for conducting invasive body searches on suspects. In April, the 34-year-old pleaded no contest to four felonies and four misdemeanors.
